How long does the design process take?
Depending on how many websites are currently being designed by our team, we are typically finished between 3 – 6 weeks.
What does your web designer need to start?
We will need you to have completed the website design questionnaire and submitted it back to us.
Our website design questionnaire allows you to include all of the information that we need such as your chosen domain name, niche and a list of websites you like the look of.
How much input do I have in the creation of the site?
Please include as much information as possible of what you want to include in the web design questionnaire.
Our design team will work from the information they receive within the questionnaire.
Do you upload my products?
Yes, we will upload around 40 demo products for you.
These products are not for sale but are filler products so the site is visually pleasing as a demo website to send to suppliers.
Once you have real suppliers on board, we recommend that you remove these filler products and add your approved products.
Will I need to pay any Shopify fees?
No, not until you take ownership of the website.
We will transfer ownership of the website on completion, you will not be charged by Shopify during the design process.
What if I want things changed on the site after it's completed?
As soon as our design team informs you that your website is completed and handed over to you fully, we will then move into a set 30-day support timescale where you can request any changes you would like.
Changes requested after the set 30-day support timescale has expired are not included in the web design package and are at the designer's discretion.
Can I have you build my website at a later time?
Absolutely. You have up to 12 months to claim your Done For You website.
Prices are constantly increasing on our Web Design package to match demand. If you purchase today you will lock in the price for the entire 12 months.
Where are the images on my website from?
Test products are taken from brand websites in the USA so as to not cause any issues with UK suppliers. Banner images are from stock photo websites (free and paid).
Do you offer custom coding?
We do not offer a custom coding service. We do however recommend the below freelance websites if you so wish to acquire services of this nature.
When/How do I submit my niche validation?
You need to submit your niche validation at the end of module 1. All instructions and the guide for how to do this will be within the niche validation product in your members account.
How long do I have to redeem my 10 coaching calls?
The coaching package is valid for 270 days (9 months) and all 10 calls must be booked within this time frame. Any calls not booked within the time frame will expire.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a no questions asked 6-month money-back guarantee.
If at any time you decide that you'd rather us not build your store, just send an email to [email protected] and we will issue a full refund for the Done For You part of the Drop Ship Formula Ultimate package.
Note: Refund requests must be made before you fill out the website design questionnaire request form.
† Drop Ship FormulaTM private coaching gives you the chance to ask your questions directly to one of our certified coaches on a 1-to-1 private video call. Each call is 30 minutes which is plenty of time for you to get your questions answered and work through any issues that may be holding you back. Calls are done using Google Meets, which is a free video-conferencing and screen-sharing software package. The Premium coaching package is valid for 180 days (6 months) and the Ultimate coaching package is valid for 270 Days (9 Months). All 10 calls must be booked within this time frame. Any calls not booked within the time frame will expire.
