Drop Ship Formula private coaching gives you the chance to ask your questions directly to one of our certified coaches on a 1-to-1 private video call.

NOTE: All of our coaches have signed a none disclosure agreement so your calls are 100% private.

Absolutely not! Private coaching is a relatively new resource inside Drop Ship Formula. Many students found success without private coaching, and you can too. With that said, if you'd prefer to have someone who can walk you through your specific issues, versus asking in our private Facebook group, this is a great resource.

Each call is 30 minutes which is plenty of time for you to get your questions answered and work through any blocks that may be holding you back.

You are more than welcome to schedule multiple calls back to back. If you do not schedule multiple calls and your call goes over, we have the sole discretion to charge you for an additional call. We will make every attempt to keep the call to 30 minutes or less, but it is your responsibility to make sure you get your questions asked in the time frame allotted.

Calls are done using Zoom, which is a video conferencing and screen sharing software package.

Zoom is free to use and the web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, alternatively it is also available for manual download here: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting

Once you have paid you will be directed to the booking page, plus there will also be a link in your confirmation email.

Call recordings are not included in our packages.

However, you could easily use screen recording software yourself to record the call.

Yes, unless your appointment is less than 2 hours away. Use the links in the confirmation email you received when making your booking.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Yes you can cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled call. However, please be aware of the expiry date of the package you have purchased, as on expiry any calls remaining are non-refundable.
