Testimonial and Review Release Agreement

1. Permission to Use
By agreeing to this agreement, I, the undersigned, grant Far Beyond Digital LTD (T/A Drop Ship Formula) (the “Company”) the unlimited right to use my written, spoken, and/or video testimonial or product review (the “Testimonial”) in any format, including but not limited to text, audio, video, and images.

I understand that my Testimonial may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Websites
• Social media
• Email campaigns
• Advertising (print and digital)
• Training materials

2. Rights and Ownership
I agree that the Company may edit, reproduce, and distribute my Testimonial, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my Testimonial.

3. Personal Information
I consent to the use of my first name, last initial, and location (e.g., “John D. from London”) in association with the Testimonial. My full name or other identifying details will not be disclosed without prior written consent.

4. Duration of Consent
This permission is granted indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing by contacting the Company. I understand that revocation will not apply to materials already published.

5. Acknowledgement
I confirm that my Testimonial reflects my honest opinions and experiences with the Company. I have not been compensated or influenced to provide this Testimonial.
